She has enjoyed tremendous coverage on both electronic as well as traditional media like print and radio. Her appearance on TV, radio and printed media has helped her grow her identity as a lifestyle emcee, sports presenter, CX(Customer Experience) expert and an all round businesswoman.
Aside from Big Mouth Presents, she also co-founded a CX (customer experience) company alongside her business partner, Jacqui Chan. They were both in the reality TV series called "Can You Serve" that was testing service excellence in Singapore's service industry. One of them was crowned as Singapore's top service guru - beating over 600 applicants and the 9 tv finalists. Guess who?
